Ivana helps organisations harness diversity and build more inclusive workplaces and she consults on developing sustainable female leadership talent pipelines. Ivana runs a flagship Women in Leadership program for blue-chip corporate clients and also works directly with women, supporting them to embrace their power and leadership identity.

Ivana is a member of the Institute of Directors and sits on a number of boards. She is a corporate strategist and C-suite executive with over 20 years’ multi-functional and multi-cultural experience gained in the UK and Nigeria.
